[INDOLOGY] Looking for a grammar of Kurukh

Dear all,

Would any kind soul out there have access (in whatever form) to the 
following dissertation from the University of Chicago in 1971? 
Unfortunately, no library registered in any of the major German 
cooperating networks seems to have it.
