[INDOLOGY] Panels at WSC19?

On Monday I received an answer from Premraj Neupane from this address:
worldsanskrit2024 at gmail.com

I quote his response below, so the other members of the list could use this
information as well:

"Please read the attached circular for details of submission or propose a
panel but keep in mind that we will extend the deadline of it very soon.
Our technical team is not working properly now so there are some problems
with updating the website.
Very soon our new team will start working on it. Please contact us in this
email for further information."

I will ask further questions because the circular, as we know, doesn't
really answer my current questions. :)

I guess we need to wait for the deadline extension and further website
updates.
