[INDOLOGY] Texts on Paramanu(Atom)

Respected scholars,While going through Tarka Samgraha, a 16th century text on Nyay-Vaisheshika by Annambhatta, I found a  reference to Atoms( Paramanu).If anybody may kindly refer to any other Ancient text on Nyay-Vaisheshika which contains an explanation of atoms.RegardsAlakendu Das
