I noticed, he just translated ( based on) Kleines Petersburger Woerterbuch
(Boehtlingk) *Sanskrit*-

*German Dictionary  (one can easily verify this)*



*also he mentiones Radhakanta Dev who is an editor of Shabdakalpadruma*
