I cannot help you with the source (partly for want of time). However two thoughts on what you have cited (this one also lacks a verb): 

1.You should retain daded of the ms., perhaps in the form dadet, although the Paa.niniiyas would not like it. 

2. In the second, pl check if the context allows supplying (adhyaahaara) of a verb like praapnuyaat, aapnuyaat, labheta, or gacchet (dadat as a present participle, masc. nom. sg. is fine). The editor seems to have made(or seems to hae made an attempt to make) the verse conform to Paa.ninian usage.
