Devanagari Unicode fonts for the Mac?

It seems that Scribus, a free competitor for InDesign 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scribus), doesn't do Indic fonts (i.e., 
"complex script rendering") either yet 
(http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Image:Rendering1.png).
