Is there an online YogaVasishta?/Verse in Vasistha's text

Greetings,

 

I am wondering if there is a searchable online YogaVāsiṣṭha. 

 

In particular I need the reference for this verse attributed to a text by Vāsiṣṭha.

 

उपदेशक्रमो राम व्यवस्थामात्रपालनम् ।

ज्ञप्तेस्तु कारणं शुद्धा शिष्यप्रज्ञैव केवलम् ॥

upadeśakramo rāma vyavasthāmātrapālanam  |

jñaptestu kāraṇaṁ śuddhā śiṣyaprajñaiva kevalam  ||

 

Does anyone know if this verse is from the YogaVāsiṣṭha?
